Booking Information
Please Note: Until reservations are confirmed in writing and your reservation deposit has been paid, the rates are subject to change without notice.
To secure your dates we require a non-refundable deposit of £300 / $280 per week (and part weeks) is required along with your completed booking form.
The outstanding balance is due 10 weeks prior to your stay along with a refundable security deposit of £400 / $500
The above rates are per week and inclusive of Florida Tourist Taxes at 13%.
- Our rates include all linens, towels, high speed internet use and weekly pool cleaning.
- Pool heating is optional and we recommend it for the winter months i.e. between October and April. If required you will need to indicate this at the time of booking.
- We do offer stays of less than 7 days, please email me for a quotation.
- We welcome “snow birds” for stays from Jan – March please ask for our very competitive rental rates.
- Full payment must be received 10 weeks prior to departure.
- The deposit is held against any breakages, damage or loss to our home and will be refunded once our home has been inspected by our home management company after your stay. Payment can be made via personal cheque, bank transfer and for a small additional charge through paypal (details on request).
